At MoonianPet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must still be attached.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size (if size chart was not followed), or after 30 days.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
4. Return Process
- Contact us at info@moonianpet.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the item back to the address we provide.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We support size/color exchanges when stock is available. Please contact us for exchange approval before shipping.
